🌟 First Impressions
I purchased 2 Mini Lipsticks from REFINE Beauty. While the delivery was on time, the experience wasn’t great. One lipstick was completely broken, and the other one was also damaged. I had to contact their support team, but they responded quickly and replaced the products without any hassle, which was appreciated.
💼 Design & Usability
Color Disappointment – The shades looked very different from what I expected based on the website.
Uncomfortable Texture – The formula didn’t feel smooth or comfortable on the lips.
Cute But Not Practical – The packaging looks nice, but it's not practical. Every time I open the lid, there’s a risk of the lipstick getting ruined.
Poor Packaging Design – The lipstick isn’t protected well inside the tube, and it feels unsafe to carry or use without damaging it.
📦 Customer Experience
The order arrived on time, and although the initial products were damaged, the customer service team responded quickly and replaced the lipsticks without delay. Their after-sales support was good, even though the product quality didn’t match up.
⭐ Final Verdict
While the packaging is cute and the brand has potential, the overall product experience was not satisfactory for me. The shades didn’t match the display, the texture was off, and the packaging design felt flawed. I wouldn’t recommend this particular product unless improvements are made in quality and design.
