🌟❌ First Impressions

The product I received was not satisfactory at all. The packaging was poor, with no product tag, and the label was badly stuck—it looked completely unprofessional. Right from unboxing, it felt like a disappointing purchase.

👚 Material & Fit

• Average Quality – The material did not feel premium, just very basic.

• Fit Was Fine – The size was okay, but nothing exceptional.

• Sheer & Unflattering – The top was transparent, making it look very bad once worn. It created a sharp contrast between my skin tone and pants, which was not a good look at all.

⚠️ Room for Improvement

Return Process Needs Urgent Fixing – The website mentioned an easy return option, but when I went to the order section, there was no return button available. I had to email them, hoping for a response.

Terrible Customer Service – It was a huge task to return the product. I had to make more than 20 calls, out of which only one was answered. There was no response to my emails, forcing me to keep following up just to get a basic response.

Delayed Refunds – Even after successfully returning the item, the refund was not processed on time. Again, it took multiple calls and follow-ups to get my money back.

💸 Value for Money

Not at all worth it! The hassle of returns, poor customer service, and below-average product quality made this a very disappointing experience.
